These mirrors define the specific terms and conditions for technical consulting services for flat roofs, aiming to eliminate ambiguities and establish a clear framework of interpretation between the parties. Audit Structural reserves the right to update these provisions, with prior notice to active clients.

Scope of Application

Our services are exclusively intended for commercial contractors who manage office buildings and logistics spaces. Individual residential projects or routine maintenance work without a technical component of waterproofing or thermal energy efficiency are not covered by these definitions.

  • Analysis of waterproofing systems is limited to PVC membranes, modified bitumen, and cold-applied liquids.
  • Thermal energy efficiency is reported based on heat transfer coefficients (U) and the minimum thicknesses recommended by current regulations.
  • Management of capital repair budgets includes estimates based on average market prices, without constituting a firm execution offer.

Responsibilities and Limitations

Audit Structural acts as an independent technical consultant. It is not responsible for final investment decisions or the contractor's choice of materials. All recommendations are based on data provided by the client and visual inspections carried out on site.

  • Inspections do not include destructive testing, unless contracted separately.
  • Cost estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of the report's issuance.
  • We do not guarantee the long-term performance of proposed solutions in the absence of periodic monitoring.

Confidentiality and Data Use

Technical and financial information provided by the client is treated as strictly confidential. Audit Structural does not share data with third parties without the client's written consent, except as required by law.

  • Contact data is used exclusively for project-related communication.
  • Technical reports may be included in our portfolio only with the client's explicit approval.
  • We do not store sensitive financial information (account numbers, cards) on our servers.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

Any misunderstanding regarding the interpretation of these definitions shall be resolved amicably through a meeting between representatives of both parties. If an agreement is not reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration by a competent court in Romania.

  • Written notification of the dispute shall be sent to the email address info@southfloridaflatroofs.com.
  • The response time to a notification is 10 business days.
  • Arbitration costs are borne by the losing party, unless a contrary decision is made.
